The inov-8 F-Lite 235 V3 cross-training shoe is a lightweight and flexible training shoe packed with performance technology that keeps you comfortable and protected throughout your routine. Shoe Fit Scale: Grade 5. inov-8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold. Graded on a scale of 1-5, Grade 1 represents the closest, most precise fit.
