CanDo Premium 2-Layer Foam Rollers feature a premium 2-layer design with a 4″ high-density core layer and a 1″ comfort layer that wraps around the core. This comfort layer is available in three firmness levels, X-Soft, Medium, and X-Firm. The different comfort layers offer progressive exercise sequences – users can graduate from an easier (X-Soft) roller to a more difficult (X-Firm) roller.
